Techcom Capital signing a partnership agreement to distribute investment certificates on the Digi Trading platform of Digi Invest

On October 6th 2023, at the Techcom Capital’s Headquarter located at 06 Quang Trung Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi, a significant collaboration unfolded with the official signing ceremony for the distribution partnership of investment certificates between Techcom Capital (TCC), a subsidiary of Techcombank, and Digi Invest Joint Stock Company. This strategic event is poised to provide investors with an enriched experience in financial services when engaging in the investment of fund certificates.

The signing ceremony was attended by key personnel of both entities. Representing Techcom Capital were Mr. Nguyen Xuan Minh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of TCC and Executive Committee Member of Techcombank; Mr. Phi Tuan Thanh, CEO of TCC; and Ms. Bui Thi Thu Ha, Deputy CEO of TCC.

 

On behalf of Digi Invest, the attendees included Mr. Vu Thanh Trung, Executive Committee Member of MB Bank; Mr. Nguyen Truong Son, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Digi Invest; Mr. Nguyen Viet Dung, CEO of Digi Invest; and Ms. Luu Thi Thu Hien, Deputy CEO of Digi Invest.

 

Techcom Capital, with a mission to offer high-quality fund products that facilitate sustainable financial growth in the long run, currently manages 10 investment funds with total assets under management nearing VND 10,000 billion. Additionally, the company holds the largest market share for domestic open-end funds in Vietnam, with over 120,000 individual clients participating in funds managed by Techcom Capital.

 

In a landscape where individual investors increasingly seek diverse financial solutions aligned with varying risk appetites, Digi Invest has transformed its asset management platform, Digi Trading, into a groundbreaking super-app. This innovation aims to simplify and enhance the financial asset management and investment experience for individual investors.

 

With the goal of providing individual customers access to flexible investment channels and the best financial services when investing in fund products, as per the signed agreement, TCC and Digi Invest will collaborate to distribute fund certificates to customers. All six open-end funds managed by TCC will be made available on Digi Invest’s Digi Trading platform. These funds include the Techcom Bond Investment Fund (TCBF), Techcom Equity Investment Fund (TCEF), Techcom Flexible Bond Investment Fund (TCFF), Techcom Banking and Finance Equity Investment Fund (TCFIN), Techcom Real Estate Equity Investment Fund (TCRES), and Techcom Small and Medium Enterprises Equity Investment Fund (TCSME).

 

Notably, Digi Invest’s Digi Trading platform has already been integrated into the Financial Investment feature on MBBank’s application, allowing investors to conduct buy/sell transactions and manage fund certificates directly through the MBBank app and TCInvest app.

 

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Xuan Minh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of TCC and Executive Committee Member of Techcombank, expressed his honor and anticipation of the collaboration with Digi Invest. He highlighted the potential for both parties to share knowledge with the investor community and deliver the best experiences for fund investors on the advanced technology platform.
