With the goal of delivering effective long-term returns, we avoid speculative, short-term ‘hot’ stocks and focus exclusively on top companies operating in the Real Estate, Construction, and Building Materials sectors on Vietnam’s stock exchange that:

– Have strong management capabilities
– Possess high growth potential
– Maintain sound financial health
– Feature a diverse and sustainable shareholder structure

Strict adherence to investment principles:

– Portfolio includes no fewer than 15 stocks
– No more than 20% invested in a single stock
– Total value of large positions does not exceed 40%
