{"id":41398,"date":"2023-07-11T11:39:04","date_gmt":"2023-07-11T04:39:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.techcomcapital.com.vn\/?p=41398"},"modified":"2023-12-15T17:22:38","modified_gmt":"2023-12-15T10:22:38","slug":"senior-compliance-director","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.techcomcapital.com.vn\/en\/senior-compliance-director\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Compliance Director"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3 class=\"ewa-rteLine\"><strong>Job Description<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Implement legal solutions for the company&#8217;s transactions, products, services, and other activities according to leadership assignments.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Report and propose solutions for legal risks related to the company&#8217;s transactions, products, services, and other activities.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Draft contracts, documents, and related texts for the company&#8217;s financial products, solutions, and services as assigned by leadership.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Monitor compliance with legal regulations, the company&#8217;s charter, Board decisions, operational procedures, and risk management processes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Responsible for identifying, evaluating, and mitigating legal risks in company operations, coordinating with relevant units to develop risk measurement and reduction methods.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Participate in the creation of policies, regulations, procedures, and guidelines for functional areas and related units.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Update and report leadership on financial, investment, banking, securities, capital market regulations, and other relevant regulations related to the company&#8217;s business activities.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Collaborate closely with other departments within the company, Investment Banking Group, and related units within Techcombank to achieve optimal results for the Investment Banking Group&#8217;s goals.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Establish and maintain relationships with relevant state management agencies regarding legal matters to serve the company&#8217;s operations.<\/li>\n<li class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Perform other related tasks as required by leadership.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<h3 class=\"ewa-rteLine\"><strong>Job Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Educational\/Professional Qualifications<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Hold a degree or higher in Law, either domestically or internationally;<\/li>\n<li class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Possess a lawyer&#8217;s practicing certificate.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Experience:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Minimum 14 years of legal work experience in financial, investment, banking, capital market, and securities fields at law firms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Specialized Knowledge<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Proficient in audit principles, accounting standards, and legal regulations;<\/li>\n<li class=\"ewa-rteLine\">In-depth knowledge and experience in operational activities, accounting, and finance in banks, securities companies, or asset management companies;<\/li>\n<li class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Understand organizational structure and operational processes of investment products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Job Description Implement legal solutions for the company&#8217;s transactions, products, services, and other activities according to leadership assignments.
